En halua sääliä itseäni, koska jokaisella on ongelmia, joiden kanssa he kamppailevat, Jowett kertoo.

The transformation. ⁣ ⁣ No filter, no special lighting, no editing, just a ridiculous tan on the second photo 🙈⁣ ⁣ On the left, I started my journey at 183.25lbs and then six months later on the right, I finished my journey at 156.25lbs. ⁣ ⁣ That’s a loss of 27lbs. ⁣ ⁣ But a gain to my confidence and happiness in my body image. ⁣ ⁣ The road was long and felt uphill all the way but it was a journey which forced me to grow stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. ⁣ ⁣ In my previous post I shared my WHY for doing this journey that was to INSPIRE and MOTIVATE you to eliminate the excuses I hear you make every time you embark on a diet. I wanted to prove that I could do it all whilst battling cancer and that if I could do it then it would hopefully inspire change in you to do it too. ⁣ Since posting my photo, I’ve been asked HOW I did it. Well it gives me great excitement to share with you that on the 26th December, you can find the exact diet and training plan I followed along the way to see me lose 27lbs and get in the best shape of my life. But more than this, you will gain an insight to the mindset I adopted to not throw in the towel and to see it through to the end - even if it nearly defeated me along the way. ⁣ ⁣ PRE ORDER MY NEW BOOK (link in bio)⁣ ⁣ @168coaching ⁣ @168coaching ⁣ @168coaching ⁣ ⁣ #168Coaching⁣ ⁣ #Project168

Six months ago I embarked on a journey to inspire change in the mindset of a dieter and the language of which they use. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A language which is full of excuses, rationalising and justification for their behaviours and actions. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ As someone who is battling cancer, you could say I have a pretty good excuse not to be in shape. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Symptoms of fatigue, weakness and tiredness aren’t uncommon in a cancer sufferer - these are all symptoms I have to contend with every day. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Given my illness, I feel that there is validity behind my excuse for not being in photoshoot shape as my body is currently in a state of ill health and in a battle of beating cancer. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ On my journey to beating cancer, my mission is to inspire and motivate you to make changes in your own life as one thing I’ve learnt about having cancer is we all need to do more to PREVENT ourselves from getting cancer instead just a focus on treating it.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Six months ago I embarked on a journey to eliminate the excuses I hear so many make each day by setting myself the goal of getting photoshoot lean whilst battling brain cancer. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Well six months later and I did it. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I got photoshoot lean all whilst simultaneously battling cancer. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A journey which challenged me every single day and left me physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted and a journey I was advised NOT to go ahead with by my consultant given how this was affecting my health. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But for me, it was because of my health which was my original motivation and inspiration for wanting to do a photoshoot in the first place. Therefore it was a journey which had so much purpose a meaning to me and one I had to complete so that I could one day say to you: ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I got photoshoot lean whilst battling brain cancer. What’s your excuse? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And if I could do that, then today I could create change in the mindset of a dieter. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It gives me great privilege to share this first photo with you, my favourite from the shoot, and it also gives me great excitement to announce that on December 26th I will be releasing my first book explaining how I got photoshoot lean whilst battling cancer. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ PRE ORDER YOUR COPY: link in bio
